With a hand blender,blend for 20 seconds while it is sitting still at the bottom of the jar.After 20 seconds you will have mayonnaise near the top of the ingredients with a thin layer of oil on the top.
Very slowly and carefully bring the immersion blend up the side of the jar,as you continue you will see the layer of oil start to mix with the mayonnaise.
Keep bringing your blender almost to the top,stopping just shorts so you don’t splatter everywhere.Your mayonnaise is done taste for seasonings and adjust if desired.
